I believe that a huge transformation can happen when people become more educated about how to live healthily and become empowered to take control of their own health & wellbeing.  I believe that holistic therapies can assist in people achieving optimal health & vitality and when combined with a healthy lifestyle can put people in touch with how good it is really possible to feel.

How do holistic therapies help?

Your therapy sessions are aimed at empowering you to find ways of living your life which are supportive of the way you want to be in the world.  I want you to feel like you are taking positive steps towards a healthier and happier you, so I conduct a thorough consultation with you which examines different aspects of your life in order to ascertain what your desired outcomes are and what changes you want to bring about.  We then co-create a bespoke approach to your holistic healthcare which will help you achieve your goals.

The therapeutic approach used within each session will vary according to what your desired outcomes are and can include any of the following:

  • I also (where appropriate) teach a number of self-help techniques, and meditation skills which support the work we do together.

You might just be looking for a stand alone treatment and have a clear idea about what it is that you want for your session.  That is fantastic, give me a call and I’ll get you booked in.

I have found through experience though that many of these disciplines can be combined to achieve even better results, so sometimes the opportunity to look a little deeper into the matter through the consultation process can be beneficial.

When making an appointment please bear in mind that I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel your session with less than 48 hours notice the fee for the session will still be due.

New – Lunchtime Refresh Sessions

These short chair massage and energy balance sessions are designed to fit perfectly into your lunch hour. They target all your stress holding areas and ease away the tension caused by sitting at a desk all day.  They are done seated in a massage chair, through clothes so there’s no sticky oil or odd towel imprints to be worried about afterwards either, and at only 20 minutes in length there’s still time to pick yourself up something healthy and nutritious for lunch and be back at your desk within the hour.
